2: killing only if you have permission(from me) and out rank some one by 2 levels like a Jedi knight killing a youngling

5: only Sith can promote Sith and Jedi to Jedi and so on
6: you do not have to be a Force sensitive
7: I will get ban happy so follow rules and don't pretend to know more about star wars

9: No already created sw characters ,revan ,luke ,ect.
10: Don't post a character if you do not plan to come at least 2 times a week

He can focus his midichlorian to retrieve certain amputated limbs. Of course, this can shorten his life span, or most likely kill him.
HISTORY:
Kiel-Ze is the last of his race. His original home is unknown to him. He only remembers being found somewhere by a rouge Jedi who had links with members at an academy. He left his planet a long time ago to become more powerful, and master the force. He couldn't stand being near his foster family any more. Kiel-Ze has a horrible Disease that messes with his head, and causes his body to reject its self. This may cause minor or serious burns on his skin.
He is currently a rouge Jedi also, and is struggling whether to become a sith or not.
